AMG GT S Seats

Anyone out there having trouble getting comfortable in the AMG seats?

I've had the car less than a week and am in pain if I drive for more than a few minutes. The seats are incredibly hard and very narrow plus the curvature of the seat back doesn't match me. The seat is so narrow I imagine it would be hard for anyone with a chest size above 42" to fit comfortably.

Is there anyone out there who is having the same problem or has found a solution?

My dealer says the seat can be rebuilt by taking out the bolsters but I'm suspicious.

I'm thinking about returning the car.

Phil

I am a big fat guy and I fit pretty darn well.
It's certainly not as comfy as my old S550, but I think its pretty good.
Fastlane likes this.

Don't let the car fool you...

It might be a good excuse for looking into other coupes that are just as good which happen to fit you well... F-Type coupe maybe? Porsche 911?

I'm curious about this seat rebuilding... How exactly would that work?

I had the same issue until I found the buttons that release the
E air in the bolsters. Good fit now
